Maharashtra Home Minister RR Patil’s visit to the court hearing the Shakti Mills gangrape case has led to a controversy.
The defence on Monday moved an application pleading the court to include his visit in the court record.
The prosecution, however, stated that the court is open to everyone and that everyone is equal before the court.
