The Uttar Pradesh Police on Sunday carried out at search operation at the the BJP office in Varanasi.
The search operation was carried out at BJP’s Gulabbagh office. The police have found campaign material of the BJP in a car which was parked in an under construction building in front of the BJP office.
The BJP workers are protesting against the raid saying that the administration is biased against them.
Earlier, the BJP had hit at the administration in Varanasi and the Election Commission after Narendra Modi was denied permission to conduct a roadshow in the city on Thursday due to security reason.
